Refund and Cancellation Policy

At ampd.fm, we value each member of our community and strive to ensure your satisfaction. Below, you'll find our Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Please note, cancellations must be done at least 48 hours prior to your next billing date to ensure you are not charged for the next cycle.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the content and services provided by ampd.fm, all sales are generally final. Refunds will typically not be provided once a purchase is made. However, exceptions to this policy may be made in certain circumstances such as:

• The content or service purchased is not as described.
• There was an unauthorized purchase made from your account.
• There were technical issues that prevented access to the content or service.

In these situations, please contact our customer support team with all the relevant information so that we can work to resolve the issue.

Merchandise

For physical merchandise, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
